Eric Rung graduated in the top of his class at one of the most prestigious, college-accredited Technical Arts Schools in the world, Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. There, he crafted his expertise in audio, visual and lighting design; along with developing his broad-based Music Business background. Eric is also one of Orlando's most-respected audio and lighting consultants, providing technical solutions for both national and international clients. His attention to detail, and organizational skills help Eric insure your event's success. In addition to his technical skills, his comprehensive knowledge of the entertainment industry helps Eric coordinate numerous events here at EC.
Kona Dumaoal
Polynesian Events
Kaui (short for "Kauilani") Dumaoal was born on the North Shore of Oahu. She has been dancing since the age of four. Moving to Orlando, Florida from Hawaii just before her 17th birthday, she worked as one of the core dancers for "Lanakila's", which now performs at Universal Studio's beautiful Royal Pacific Resort. Kaui moved on to grace the stages at Sea World of Orlando. She has travelled all over the country, as well as Germany, London, Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas. Kaui has organized and performed in hundreds of spectacular productions and events for charities and benefits, including The American Humane Society, ASPCA, Red Cross, and The Childrens Miracle Network just to name a few. In addition to Kaui's Polynesian production experience, she also worked six years as an event coordinator for one of the largest Destination Management Companies in Florida. She now translates her Polynesian performance, and production skills to all areas of EC.
Jessica Larmore
Sales and Marketing Director
Jessica is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She has produced numerous theatre shows, general sessions and corporate events. In addition to producing Cirque Shows, Jessica is well-versed in modeling, dance, promotional work and trade shows. With a strong performance background, she applies her skills both inside and outside of the office, conceptualizing the many details that lead to outstanding productions. Jessica's work does not stop at driving the message to potential clients, and earning their business. It continues from the first sales call to the final curtain! Dedicated and creative, Jessica consistently produces successful shows that have helped us become one of the nation's leading talent providers.

Ashley brings her experience as a professional dancer, actor and spokesperson to EC Model & Talent Agency. Ashley has performed all over the world, entertaining thousands in countries including Spain, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Egypt and the Bahamas, just to name a few. She has been featured on several television shows including E!'s "Whose Wedding is it Anyway?" and Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance?" Ashley's dance specialties include: Flamenco, Polynesian, Middle-Eastern and Latin Ballroom dancing.

Belle McCabe
Talent Coordinator
Belle brings a whole new element to our team... she comes from Thailand! Belle received her Bachelors Degree from Rangsit University in Bangkok, Thailand in 2003, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Computer Information Systems. She enjoyed the opportunity to work for Elite Models, Bangkok as a Modeling Coordinator. Here, she gained experience through such events as Bangkok Fashion Week at Siam Paragon, and numerous fashion shows featuring models from across the world. In addition to Belle's attention to detail in the field, she is also adept in Photoshop, proposal generation and Joomla web site administration. Belle is providing her insight to us here in the U.S.A., as to how international modeling events and fashion shows are conducted throughout Southeast Asia. With a warm and friendly personality, along with a sincere Thai smile for everyone, Belle is a welcome addition to our team of professionals!
