We decline over 90% of all applicants, so if you are not accepted, PLEASE do not contact us for an explanation. Just move on! If you are interested in having a modeling profile with EC Model & Talent Agency, please read the following:
EC ONLY works with current professional models with an established portfolio.
EC requires all models and actors to have current, PROFESSIONAL photos. Any submissions with non-professional photos will not be considered. IF you do NOT have professional photos, please make arrangements to have professional photos taken prior to registering here. If you DO have professional photos, make sure they are recent shots (if your photos are more than 1 year old, make sure you still look like the photos!). Please include one professional headshot, to be used as your main thumbnail photo. Most of our clients require at least one formal head shot. Also, the more diverse your profile is, the better. Show us as many different looks as you have. We would like to see a minimum of 3 different looks (headshot, casual, swimwear and a full body shot).
If your profile is approved, it is important that you keep your profile current. This means keeping your photos and contact information updated. If your email and/or phone number is not current, we cannot contact you!
EC does NOT approve everyone that registers. We are not a "Cattle Call" agency. We are very selective. We prefer to interview you in person (if you are in the Central Florida or Las Vegas area), or at the very least, conduct a telephone interview.
EC provides a wide variety of modeling assignments, but a majority of our business comes from trade shows. If you are looking for print work or runway work only, we are NOT the agency for you.
Our casting agents review all new submissions weekly. If you register, create a profile and do not hear back from us within one week, please do not call or email inquiring about your status. This means you were not approved. We receive hundreds of submissions monthly. We do not have the time or resources to explain to every model why they were not approved. If you are approved, you will be contacted by one of our agents, and/or you will see your profile live and active on our web site.
EC also reserves the rights to review all profiles at anytime, and unpublish them without notice.
Models applying for a profile with the EC Model & Talent Agency MUST have Professional Photos. Please Provide us with at least 3 Professional Photos (One Headshot, One Full Body Shot and One Swimsuit Shot). If you do not provide the minimum 3 Professional Photos, YOUR PROFILE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!
Note: Please be sure to login with your Username and Password after Registration and complete your profile. MINORS MUST PROVIDE SIGNATURE OF THEIR LEGAL GUARDIAN OR REPRESENTATIVE. By pressing 'Submit', the Applicant (or the guardian on behalf of the Applicant) confirms and agrees that, (1) Applicant is of full age of 18 years and has read and understands this agreement, (2) Applicant assumes the risks involved in publishing Applicant's personal information on the Web, (3) Applicant waives any and all claims that Applicant has or may have in the future against EC arising out of any liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury that the Applicant may suffer as a result of the Applicant''s participation in EC, (4) EC makes no guarantees or warranties that Applicant will secure employment as a result of participating in EC, (5) Applicant is fully authorized to provide EC the rights to publish Applicant's photos and information on the Web and that Applicant is responsible for obtaining any releases with respect to any copyright or other intellectual property rights, (6) Applicant is not under exclusive contract with any other company, agency or individual. Applicant certifies that the above information is true and correct. Applicant understands that false information may inhibit her or his ability to be seen by the right person.
